Your privacy is important to us and will be safegaurded. As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers:

Q: Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
What are your refund, return and cancellation policies?
A:
Returns must be delivered to us within 30 calendar days after initial order delivery.
Late returns will not be refunded in full -- merchandise credit will be issued. All sales are final after 30 days. Merchandise credits are not valid towards shipping costs; they expire after one year.
SALE Return Policy -- All items purchased "on sale" (less than regular price) are FINAL SALE and may NOT be returned or exchanged.
Price adjustments are not made for previously purchased merchandise.
Items must be returned in original, unworn condition -- with all tags and packaging intact. Otherwise you will not receive full credit for the return. Once you place your order, it will not be possible to change or cancel it. If you refuse your package upon delivery, there will be a 25% restocking fee assessed on the return.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Orders originally shipped with complimentary shipping will have regular shipping charges deducted from the return credit.
Orders placed for multiple similar items and/or multiple sizes of the same item in order to try and then return will be assessed a 25% restocking fee for any returns. We reserve the right to cancel such orders.
Please allow two weeks for credits to be processed.
If you have any issues with your order after delivery, please make us aware of these within three days of delivery.
